The Canadian citizenship test: format and pass mark

Understand the 20-question Canadian citizenship test and how to practise for it.

The official format

IRCC describes a 20-question test with multiple-choice and true-or-false questions. You have 45 minutes and need at least 15 correct answers to pass. The official test is available in English or French.
